Loft495

I was at the launch of Loft 495 to be built at 6th and Cambie. Click here for there website. The units have great finishings. Etched concrete floors, slate tiles and up to 11.5 ft ceilings. The units are open space so are ready for artistic ones to create their own sleepng/working/living world. As of Saturday they were 66% sold out so if you are interested call me quickly.

Busy Weekend

Friday night, I attended the Picasso opening at the Vancouver Art Gallery. It was great to see all the people out. Sometimes I wasn't sure to look at the art on the walls or at all the different outfits people were wearing. Stella - Just Launched

I was at the launch of the new Stella building at 12th and Kingsway in the funky Main & Broadway area. I was very impressed with the finishings and the size of the units. The other great thing about this building is you either face the city and have views of the north shore or you face a landscaped courtyard. I believe there are still some units available.
